Have you ever felt a little stuck with an issue in your dicemaking? Do you like the idea of a resin tent but have no idea where to start? Or maybe you've realized you can't "push through" the pain you get while sanding
Have no fear, I'm here to help! This listing includes a 30 minute video chat through IG or zoom to assess your needs/situation, with a follow up email containing links to all of the products that I think would help. Here is an overview of each of the services:
Ergonomic: fun fact, I'm a physical therapist! It may seem "normal" to have pain that lasts and lingers after activities like sanding, inking or casting, however this kind of pain is a sign that you are causing chronic irritation to your joints and tissues, which can lead to more pain and damage down the road. I will take a look at your setup, posture and overall ergonomics and will make suggestions for improvements in your posture, grip and workspace layout. I may even recommend products to help relieve muscle strain. (Disclaimer: I am not your PT and this is not intended to diagnose or treat any impairments or conditions. This is focused on putting you in the best positions to help relieve repetitive stress issues)
Resin tent: casting and curing epoxy fumes puts off toxic fumes that accumulate in your body and will lead to lung, eye and skin irritation and there is no way to "desensitize" yourself. Because of this, casting in a resin tent is the only safe way to cast indoors. And lucky for you, I've set up multiple of my own and have walked many people through the process of setting up their own! I will help you decide what size to buy and where to put it. I will give you a detailed plan on how to pipe out the toxic air and pipe in the clean air. And I will provide the links to everything you need in a follow up email. No trial and error here! I will even help troubleshoot any issues you are having once everything is set up. Tent sizes can vary from a footprint of 3x3ft to 4x9 ft. Overall cost of a small tent setup is usually ~$250 and a larger one can be ~$400
